Regional Sales VP

ianacare is growing! We are looking for an experienced individual contributor sales executive to help drive growth by closing key accounts. The ideal candidate is a sales executive with a proven track record of success who has a deep understanding of Benefits and HR priorities that drive buying decisions and thrives in a fast paced, rapid change start-up environment. This position is remote.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead deals in various regions, as assigned, to ensure achievement of company bookings quota
  • Help shape ianacare’s sales playbook and processes
  • Meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our service to HR leaders
  • Maintain a robust team Sales/BD pipeline, including reporting and key dashboards to monitor performance
  • Partner closely with our outbound BDR team to strategically prospect into your key book of business
  • Maintain a clear Salesforce cadence while consistently and accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and competitive information to provide an expert point of view to prospects and customers



  • 7+ years of Sales/BD experience with 5+ years of selling employer benefits or SaaS products
  • Experience in high growth startups- thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Experience in successfully closing large enterprise level deals while successfully navigating a complex sales cycle
  • Proven successful track record of developing a sales pipeline and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
  • BA/S degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

ianacare is a next-generation support and navigation platform for family caregivers. Unsupported caregiving is a common and growing issue with heavy costs to individuals and institutions. While over 90% of care happens in the home vs in hospital, virtually all family caregivers (54 million and rapidly increasing in the US alone) are unsupported, untrained, and unpaid. These gaps in caregiver support profoundly decrease the quality of care while contributing to large avoidable costs for healthcare systems and employers.

ianacare is an integrated platform that organizes and mobilizes all the different layers of caregiving support and personalized guidance. Using data-informed and human-centered anthropological design, ianacare partners with major employers and health plans to provide a platform with the resources, education, and team organization needed throughout the complex journey of caring for a loved one.
