CMS GUIDE Model: Key Dates & Timeline

CMS is driving an innovative leap in healthcare with its GUIDE program. For providers interested in participating, it will be essential to stay in the know on key dates CMS has outlined.

The GUIDE application recently became available on November 15, 2023. This marked the green light for providers to start understanding what might be needed for applications.

Providers may submit applications until January 30, 2024. This due date is coming up quickly. This is a crucial moment for providers to prepare documentation, meet requirements, and ensuring eligibility. As we count down to the program’s official launch on July 1, 2024, providers have a crucial period to set the stage for their involvement in this transformative initiative.

Successfully navigating this phase ensures not only a commitment to patient care but also eligibility to actively engage with the GUIDE program from day one.

Key upcoming dates:

  • November 15, 2023: Application was released
  • January 30, 2024: Applications are due
  • July 1, 2024: Program launches
