GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience), which puts a focus on enhancing the support dementia patients and their caregivers need and deserve, marking an important turning point in the way our systems recognize and support the work that caregivers contribute to dementia care delivery.

The key takeaway is the groundbreaking nature of the program in funding support to ultimately lighten the burden our systems place on family caregivers who play such a key role in patient outcomes. This is the mission we’ve been focused on for the past 6 years at ianacare, providing comprehensive caregiver support services tailored to the unique needs of each patient, family, and care journey. CMS’s acceptance of our solution into the GUIDE program will allow us to expand the reach of our impact even further.
